I have deactivated my connection in june 2017 and i still get bills every month. I have raised complaints and they say connection is closed. Then why am i getting bills each month. Been several times to store and no proper response. I am not satisfied with the connection as well as customer service. Please send me an email providing connection close details and stop sending mails every month with bill. I am so frustrated with this service and that is the reason for deactivation.
My latest complaint was on oct 22nd, 2017 and even after that i got bill again.
