I have been roaming on the International roaming pack
I called the customer care from Istanbul on the 15th at about 9.30 pm Indian time and asked them to to deactivate the pack on the 15th midnight so that I don't get charged for the 16th, I very clearly told them to disconnect the pack at midnight and they confirmed the same.
Suddenly within about 20 minutes they deactivated the pack and I could not make calls or use the internet.
I had to pay 20 US DOLLARS in the flight to use the internet for sending important whatsapps to Mumbai.
This is pathetic and not expected from Vodafone, I have been a very old customer of Vodafone, this is no way to behave with the customer, you can check the recorded call which I had made, I am very upset regarding this issue Was this information helpful? |
