[Resolved] Vodafone India — Deactivation of running number without any prior intimation

I mob. no. [protected] ported my connection from BSNL to Vodafone on 27th Sept 2014, my no. gets activated and suddenly on 7th Oct. 2014 my no. gets deactivated without any information. Then, i called to customer care who told that my documents are not complete. Then, i visited nearby vodafone care centre and told about the matter, they also told the same thing. But when documents were searched they were found within the office i.e. the documents were not submitted by your employee . Problem is prevailing till now, i am without any network coverage and vodafone care centre persons are only saying that my no. will soonly be activated from yesterday. Please register my complaint and do the needful.

The problem is resolved after a time interval of 4 days. The same information has been given to vodafone care centre person and he convinced me that this problem will not comw again.
