Vodafone India — deactivation without intimation | |||
My mobile ([protected]) is not working since 06.12.2017 around 11am, i have visited the vodafone store @ uttarahalli (Bangalore), on 11.12.2017 the executive checked and he replaced the sim and informed the same will be activated after 24hrs, since it was not activated even after 24 hrs i contacted the customer care, she said since the sim was replaced the national roaming was not activated, and informed me that it will be activated within 30min, but even after 4 hrs also it was not activated, i again tried the customer care now they informed me that my mobile was deactivated because i have not paid the bill of my one more no. But i have not received any intimation regarding the disconnection. I have lost a job because of the disconnection, i was supposed to attend an interview, because of the deactivation of the no. I was unable to attend. Also i have missed paying my emi's because of this. Now it is 9th day since the no. Got deactivated. Was this information helpful? | |||
