Vodafone India — deals_mydala_99”, vodafone charging 99 Rs for just clicking ADS by mistake | |||
last month im being charges of 99 Rs for downloading my_dala as "VALUE ADDED SERVICES" i might have clicked the ad by mistake while using other apps but how can they charge me for just clicking and charging me without any intimation and without any process. WHEN I HAVE ASKED TO WAVIER IT OFF THEY SAID IT CANT BE DONE. how can vodafone pay on behalf of me without my consent? I have neither received an intimation about the deduction nor any communication about what I have purchased. im worried what to do, any suggestions please. ? Was this information helpful? | |||

HARASSING SUPPORT TEAM,
This is very absurd
to inform you that every alternate month I am being charged for some VAS
download, which is charged more than my actual usage of calling & data.
I have been
requesting to let me know how to disable it which is again not being able to be
solved by VODAFONE support team as this things are not in your hands.
I have noticed this
& have been informing your team without getting any help/assistance from
your end.
I AGAIN WRITE TO
YOU FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE IN DISABLING THIS FEATURE & STOP CHARGING ME
UNNECESSARILY OR I SHALL TAKE SOME LEGAL/SOCIAL ACTION ON IT.
LIST OF COMPLAINS IN PAST WHICH WENT
UNANSWERED/UNRESOLVED STILL CLOSED.. N still VODAFONE SAYS “HAPPY TO HELP YOU”
