[Resolved] Vodafone India — Deducted money is not refund even after 2 months | |||||
Money was deducted from my account during the bill payment of my post paid number for May month and payment process got failed. I have tried again the payment process and finally it got succeeded and money got deducted for the second time. Since payment was not succeeded and money got deducted in first attempt I have raised a concern/complaint to vodafone and for past one and a half month they have asked me multiple times the details of payment and deduction and not yet initiated the payment process.
