I am customer of vodafone over 5 years, i am compelled to write to you about the deduction of balance amount without any reason am staying abroad and my balance have be deducted as followsrs770+rs70+rs70+rs70+ rs1080 i haven’t attended or cut the incoming call, haven’t received any call on that day
Yesterday (4th dec 2017) i have spoken to the customer care and explained the things and i have asked for the incoming call history details after checking they have informed that they will reverse the amount in 30 min but haven’t done till now.
