[Resolved] Vodafone India — Deduction of balance without permission | |||||
A total balance of Rs. 275 has been deducted from my mobile account by activating random VAS on my number withiot my permission. The service YMOBI has been activated on May3rd, May 4th and May 5h of 2017. When I complained on this to the custimer care, they promised for the balance refund of Rs.275 in 24 hours (which ends at around 11.30am on 5th of May). But till now (7th May @12.00 noon ) the balance has not ben refunded despite multiple calls to the customer care. And I came to know that in the service request notes it has been mentioned that the customer has genuinely requested for the service and the balance cannot be refunded. The service request numbers are [protected] and [protected]. And the reason they gave for the activation of services is that I am clicking on some ads during browsing and that is why the services are getting activated.l, which in fact I did not do. Acco4ding to TRAI regulations, every service needs to be activated only after a double verification. But despite not clicking on any ads, I did not even get any confirmation for activation if any VAS, but my balance got deducted. Please taje necessary action on Vodafone for this and help me in getting back my balance of Rs.275. Let me know if I csn provide any further details. Was this information helpful? | |||||
