I am the customer of vodafone prepaid no : [protected] and i have done the recharge of rs 70 on 15/01/2015. I have a complaint regarding deduction of rs 50 done from my balance and when i call customer care 111 and talk to The customer care executive he asked me to do a Y Typed massage to 6789 and promise that refund should be done in my account but when its not done i Again call customer care where they put my call on iVR section where i have to disconnect the call. I even done a complaint call on 198 complaints only cell and i face the same problem and this is not enough. Now i am not able to make call to the customer care they shows me a massage called ham (is samay apki nivedan par karyavahi larne m asAmarth h)
Please do the needful as i am very disappointing with your serviCe
