Vodafone India — disallowing porting request | |||||
Dear sir/madam, I facing network issue at my residence for more than 2 years, i had complained to nearby #vodafone service [protected]@dwarka sector11. They had forwarded complain to technical team but nothing helped me. Also last year i recieved a call for asking help in putting mobile tower in my society through rwa, but i said i cant help. Recently when i had requested for porting to another provider and paid additional amount apart from unbilled amount on 2nd dec but #vodafone rejected request saying outstanding amount pending. I went to #vodafone service [protected]@dwarka sector11 again to submit they asked additional amount calculating usage for additional 1 week, i paid the same but again yesterday evening they declined the request saying outstanding amount.
