Hi... I have initiated a mail in the month of july'2017 to disconnect the connection and i have received the acknowledgement mail as well. The connection is not in active since then. All the dues are paid. I have the id for permanent disconnection and reversal of the amount, id's are mentioned below... These id's are created after paying all the dues..
Permanent disconnection id[protected]
Reversal of amount id –[protected]
However, i am still getting mails from vodafone for bill payment when the connection itself is disconnected and not active...
