Vodafone India — Disconnection of Vodafone postpaid number [protected] - Mumbai

Dear Team, I am tired of running around just to disconnect my post paid services with Vodafone. I have called numerous times to Vodafone since February 2015. Eventually I was successful in permanently disconnecting my services with no more Bills from Vodafone last month & I was told by the Supervisor that I won't receive any further bills. Today I poen my mail box and I see a new vodafone bill. I called customer care again and the representative named 'Dablu' (that's how he spelt his name) gave me a reference number [protected] (date 31/03/2015 time 11:05am) and stated all I have to do is just go to the Vodafone local gallery and they will cancel and refund my deposit. Please assist me on this as I am not going to pay any more Vodafone Bills. Contact me on [protected]
