Vodafone India — Dotbot deduction | |||||
61.50 rs from my balance have been deducted on the name of some vodafone dotbot. I have not applied for any such nonsense services from vodafone. I am highly dissatisfied with the worst services vodafone provides. Every other day there is some drama going on. Balance gets deducted for incoming calls in the local network, customer care abuses. And now this nonsense deduction. I do not have time to entertain such drama every other day and keep calling customer care. I will port my number if this dosen't gets resolved. I have purchase new vodaphone sim card No. is [protected]. I save the contact no but asked puk code after sim card is permanantaly blocked. Please checked the sim and reply it.
