Vodafone India — Dotbot-pack-unnecessary charging-vodafone | |||||
I recieved a message from the vodafone stating that they have deducted the balance for activating DOT BOT pack. I have never heard of such package. And dont know benefit of same. This new business trick by cheating customer. Everyone shoul stop using such service who cheat cusomer. I will port to some other and will inform to all my colleagues, family freinds to stop using vodafone. We customers should protest against such fraudlent move of telephone operators to make profit. 7 days of rental has been fraudulently deducted for me without any intimation or benefit. My Vodafone number is [protected]. Vodafone is becoming disgusting day by day as this is my 4th complaint in one year, considering I am a Vodafone user since a decade now.

Yeah ; even I faced the same issue . I've been subscribed for DOTBOT without any intimation . My Vodafone number is [protected]. Please do solve this .
Dear Sir, It surprising that there is debt from balance towards " your subscription for DOTBOT pack has been renewed and Rs 35 has been deducted." without my consent how it has opted. it is being experienced since couple of months despite deactivated.
This is not a correct way to do business with loyal customer.

AFTER THAT 6:00 AM MY DATA PACK IS OVER THEN AT 6:27 AM A NEW SERIVICE IS ACTIVATED CALLED DOTBOT. WHAT IS THIS HOW THIS IS GOT activated??

By complaining to any customer service which accidently activated as they do this to earn money.
