Vodafone India — Even after disconnection bill has been generated and getting a call for payment | |||
Hi, I have taken a post paid connection number [protected] two months back and paud rs 300 against it. Unfortunately, my area of residence was not having vodafone range and hence enquired about it by calling to customer care. I have been told that the range issue might take 2 to 3months to resolve. I have then given a complaint to disconnect the services of my vodafone number within a week of my purchase and shifted to other services. I got a confirmation call from vodafone department on it and they have told me that the phone will be disconnected in two days. After 2 months, from last few days getting a call from recovery department for the payment. I have told the entire story to them once. However, again within an interval of a week again getting a call asking for the same. Kindly check my conversation with the customer care department which i had at the time of putting a disconnection request by stating the reason for it and resolve the issue asap, so that the call coming from recovery department should stop.
