Even before our query is solved, the outgoing is discontinued. Please note that I was informed when I took the connection [protected] that the FNF service Of Rs. 49 is activated and several times it was discontinued as you will see in the last 6 months Bill the same was then credited to me after the many complaints registered by me. I am a Senior Citizen and caoud not afford to complain any more. I refuse to pay an amount due of Rs. 1239.07 and it is clear that this is a harassment to me because in the month of May I was charged 346, April 417, May 500 June 600, and every month it continued to increase which Vodafone always does for POST PAID services and see above the number of complaints I have made.
