Vodafone India — Excess bill amount charged along with false activation of international roaming pack | |||
I have been using vodafone postpaid connection from past 8 months. Every month i am made to pay more than 1500. Sometimes it's even 3000.In the month of june my bill was generated of rs 1600 despite of the rental plan of rs 375 with an additional false international roaming pack activated by their customer executive. My phone was not in use for around 10 days. I have been requesting the customer care to provide me with the call details and duration per call list which was made by number. Also they have denied the fact that the activation was falsely done from their end. Along with this my net pack was of 3g for no reason it had been made 2g. Every month my bill had been dissatisfactorily high despite of my minimal usage. Vodafone care forces the customer to take the number as postpaid. Which had happened in my case when i had lost my pre paid sim in september and they had said that i need to pay rs 300 for reactivation of it and it should be a post paid connection for atleast 3 months. I have made the payment of rs 450 as a fait bill amount for june month. I have been asking them to justify with evidence of the amount they are charging for the month of a june. I am not getting response which is expected. Very much dissatisfatied with vodafone postpaid service. No authencity of the conversation which happens over the phone with their customer executives.
