[Resolved] Vodafone India — Excess bill due to company negligence | |||
Hello, My vodafone number is [protected]. In the month of November i got bill of 2007. During the bill cycle I have registered for the booster plan ACT AB300MB, I got a reply from vodafone in just 5 min that My pack will be activated in 2 hours. So I was using my Internet as per this assumption. And now they are saying that this pack is not available for my number and I have to pay the bill. This is their mistake that they have not informed me about non-activation of the pack. So I just want to know whose mistake is this, and who has to pay this? Was this information helpful? | |||
