Vodafone India — Excess billing | |||||
I am using 2 numbers - [protected] and [protected]. My current plan is red 499+ taxes on both numbers. However last month i got a bill of rs. 1223 and rs 725 respectively. For [protected], i called the customer care to ask for reason of excess billing and they said it is for data charges on 24-27th june 2017. However on 30th june 2017 i received an sms from vodafone at 6.30 pm which said i have used 90% of my data allowance on my red plan and that 818mb are remaining on my account. This clearly shows the fraud behind this. I had sent a mail to corporatecare. [protected]@vodafone.com but did not get any response. The bill for =[protected] is also excessive as after taxes, the amount comes out to around rs. 550. The time services were rendered, gst was not applicable. Charges of rs 100 are made as 'other charges'. This is vague and fraudulent. Was this information helpful? | |||||
