Vodafone India — excess billing | |||||
Dear sir My name is arun kumar dahiya no [protected] having a bill issue pending for last one and half months and nothing is being done in this regards and my services are barred three times and again resumed now im out of a station and my services are bared again im facing to much problem i cant understand for a customer more than 20 years im getting this type of response very disgusting please resolve my issue as earliest as possible il be very thankful to you i went to nigeria and took roaming plan 500 per day but didnt work there i came back and told by vodafone that there is no vodafone network there than why vodafone gave me this plan and i incured so much roaming charges i would have doe something else but when im in my home network im billed 3000 rs again and last month i was billed 8000 rs whats all this going o im unble to uderstand.
