Vodafone India — Excess Net usage charges in monthly bill | |||
I am using mob no [protected] with a monthly Rental plan of Rs150 as my monthly charges are below Rs 500 each month. After getting a bill more than Rs 3200 for the month of April 2015, which showed Rs 2600 as net usage, I made a complaint and on 30th May I was assured by Miss Krati Jain, a Vodafone customer care caller that I will be given a waiver of Rs 1300 in the bill for the month of April. Acting on assurance given to me I immediately made a payment of balance Rs 2000/-. assuming that now I have nothing balance on my part. But when I got the bill for the month of May 2015 I was shocked to see that nothing was waived from my bill for the month of April rather amt assured to be waived was included in my bill for the month of May.
