[Resolved]  Vodafone India — excess roaming charges charged on my mobile no-[protected]

I am using this corporate connection since october 2012. I got my incoming free pack activated in jauary 2014. I was happy with vodafone till suddenly without any information they started charging me rs 1.5/min on roaming outgoing although in all my earlier bills it was rs .5/min. they gave the explaination that you are using incoming free pack but for their knowledge i was using it since january so why suddenly without any prior information my call rates changed. Interestingly they have no explaination for this which is a surprise, Please shut down your operations as there is no place for in this world. My alternate no-[protected]
