[Resolved] Vodafone India — Excessive bill | |||
Hi Me being a postpaid customer of vodafone having been charged rs 714/-as hidden usage charges with no proper bill need a clarification on the same asap. This is to inform you regarding my [protected] billing i have been billed excessively in the name of a plan change and excessive data usage while i received the data usage alert on 29th of nov for 100% usage my bill cycle is from 1 to 30th of every month. Please explain this [censored]tttt... Your customer care executives are so useless and of no help...
