Vodafone India — Excessive data consumption automatically

Hi. It's too bad experience of me with vodafone as there customer care service is very disappointed . Many times I have mailed them regarding my issues but they are yet not capable to solve my problem. By this forum I am in a hope that there some strict will be take by company. My complaint is there is postpaid mobile no. [protected]. Registered in name of manoj. As per plan it's started with 1st of every month but as per consumption record it's showing a consumption of 1600mb. Which is very unusual and very worst case kindly help.
