i have called in month of jan 2015 and activated a 850Rs internet pack. then i got a automated message in march 2015 that the pack has been deactivated. I called in 1st week of march and i was told some stupid reason for deactivation. i told him that i have never asked to deactivate the same, but he said that i have to activate again. I agreed and asked to activate Rs 650 this time. Now when i have received my bill, i can see i have charged Rs 850 and Rs 650 both. your person never told me that this would happen. hear my calls, i have called u. then i called complaints helpline 198, twice but the line got disconnected. finally when i got a change to speak to a senior, he was a dump person and agent didnot told him anything before transfering the call. I explained him again and he then he told this is how the process works and did not transfered the call to the manager when i asked so. utterly stupid service and if get a survey, i will rate as worst service. i want rs 850 to be reversed as u did not asked my consent.
