Vodafone India — Extra charges charged for VAS

This regarding my vodafone mobile no. [protected]. I received my vodafone bill last month and found that it was a little higher than usual. Over analysing the same found that there was an additional charge of 75Rs. added to the bill for itemised bill (VAS). I called up vodafone customer care and the it was answered by the customer care agent named Sonali. I informed her about my grievance and hence was informed that the it is because of vodafone decision to charge the customer for itemised billing, to this my response was that I never specifically made any request to vodafone to give me or not give me itemised bill and would not accept the charges. In response to that the above the agent said that she would take a request for reversal of the cahrges along with the taxes applicable and gave me the complaint id no. as[protected] and also informed me to send an sms to vodafone requesting cancellation of itemised billing which was done. All these events unfolded on 4th August 2015 and as requested by her I paid my bill for that month. Few days back I received my vodafone bill again for last month and in good faith I paid the same as well but when checked today I found that I have again been charged 75Rs. for itemised bill and no reversal has been made. Again i was compelled to talk to customer care, spoke to CC Agent Salma and had to go through the same ordeal, explaining the whole situation and was told that there was no such sms received for cancellation, to which i requested to speak to her supervisor. Finally got to speak to the supervisor and had to all over again explain my grievance and to my utter disbelief I was told that as a favour they would do the reversal but only for a month period and not for 2months. But when was threatened to contact consumer forum they said that the request been lodged for 2months reversal but cannot promise the same to be complied.
