[Resolved] Vodafone India — Fake and wrong bill amount charged also rude behaviour of executives | |||
I Arun Singh using Vodafone billing card since last 1 year in the beginning the bill was charged correctly but since last two months my bill is incorrectly charged to me when I received my last bill it was mentioned that I made International calls many time in Somalia but I never made any kind of international calls when I called the customer care they are were very rude and insisted me that I have made international calls many times, moreover now vodafone customer care executives have started calling me and threatning me if I wont pay they will lodge a complaint against me so i am very disturbed and continuously getting threatning calls from vodafone I have also asked them to deduct all the international charges only then I'll be ready to pay remaining amount but they refused it so now I will not pay even a single rupee if any negotiation is not done asap My Mob no - [protected] which not working now Was this information helpful? | |||
