Vodafone India — false charge rate | |||
on 04th july i recharged my prepaid number with a bonous or special plan of value rs 58.as per this plan any std call will be charged 30ps/min.this information was collected from vodafone website.but it is very shame to say i was charged arround rs1/min for std calls after recharge.hence i feel it is a cheating to the costomer by vodafone.plese explain me and help me in getting back my lost money.also this issue needs an enquiry.my pre paid no is [protected], name-rajat biswal Was this information helpful? | |||
