Vodafone India — FALSE DEDUCTION TERMED AS DOWNLOAD CHARGES ON ACTIVE 3G PLAN | |||
Amount has been deducted from my account in the name content downloaded.But I had switch off the mobile data and also disconnected the Internet connect, but still amount had been deducted from account.In a month period it had deducted 4 times like this.When I called to customer care service, it was an worst help i got from vodafone customer care.
