Vodafone India — False promise wrong plan activated | |||
Vodafone retention department does wrong promises to the customer. their retention department promised me to provide 4GB data in 349 and provided only 1 Mb data, after that they started charging me for for the data used @50ps/Mb. on Calling their customer care the says somehow another plan has been activated in place of plan promised, please buy and add on pack to use data until this plan does not get activated. why should i pay for a mistake done by the company and should buy data plan. it has become a practice of vodafone to make false promises.
