[Resolved] Vodafone India — faulty service and unreasonable demands for payment | |||
From oct 2017, had been contacting vodafone to solve 3 issues on my connection: 1. Debar incoming calls 2. Activate outgoing messages 3. Activate incoming messages In addition to contacting customer service, i visited vodafone service centre few times where i was initially asked to remove the incoming call barr on my own from the hand set, but later promised that if i changed the sim, they would "refresh"it and i would get the issues resolved. I got a new sim, but issue remained same. As the only service active was outgoing calls, i stopped using this number completely from december 2017. Everytime i contacted vodafone, i got the same reply all the time, but from different officers and no one could resolve the issue as according to their "system"" everything is working fine. However, vodafone, came up with unpaid bills for december, jan 18, feb 18, march 18 which they waived off partially after i explained the issues. Now i have given them an offer to resolve the issue first give me a working sim card, then i shall consider resuming with vodafone and clear 1 month pay of nov-dec, if at all. Apr 28, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved after much persuasion, i have been offered to pay a reasonable amount...finally...and i have paid... Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
