Cc: ; subject: recharge realated; Dear, Sir 26.07.2017 i have received a call from vodafone internet provider, and she said me about a special offer, which amount of 344, and she also said me if i'm recherche that amount, then i can use per day 1gb 3g internet & 5 hours free call all over india, any network for 28 days. When i'm recherche that amount i saw i'm not able this offer. Rs. 344 is credited on my main account balance. Ther after i called 198 and said all details. Then your customer care executive registered a complaint." complaint number is [protected]". After that executive said me, my will solve out between 27.07.2017 - 6:00 pm.. But 27.07.2017 - 5:26 pm i received a message from vodafone care, there written in it"my complaint has been addressed. But still now able the offer benifit. So please do something.. And i also attached 2 documents below 1which number i received the first call. 2my complaint registered massage and my last updated massage from vodafone care.
