1) i am a prepaid vodafone customer with flex recharges of 122.00/123.00 (Valid for 28 days). But today i can't recharge with flex of any amount entering into vodafone site, (Let alone mobikwik, paytm domain) albeit your site shows of that amount with request "buy now"; but when we enter into, it shifts to another amount with other benefits. How can i recharge with flex? Do you think you can compete with jio/airtel with a poor interface of this ilk when an existing customer cannot recharge with his desired scheme?
2) i can't communicate (With 4g sim) with any no. Starting with 1860 (Not toll-free) in spite of having core balance or flex balance when other vodafone customers can do it easily.
Your customer care executives (Contacted through 198) fail to iron out the problems.
