Vodafone India — for billing issue | |||||
I have use vodafone postpaid mo. No. [protected] my plan is 499 unlimited monthly rental. But last three month i have suffering a billing issue. I call vodafone service center about this issue, he told us value added service from u r mobile. That charge may be apply. But i dont know which service activate directly on my mobile without my prior permission Is it right to dont ask customer and directly activate any service and get them charge. I request to trai pls.
