Vodafone India — forced to take postpaid connection | |||||
I visited vodafone store today (Mobile no : [protected], token no : 262, 18/07/2017) which is located opposite to kalamandir marathahalli. I have lost my prepaid sim card and asked replacement for same. But customer executive said that we are running out of prepaid sim cards and she forced me to take postpaid connection. Again she mentioned it will take one week time to get prepaid simcards which is totally wrong. I have got prepaid simcard in another vodafone store today without any delay.
