I Shaikh Shahnawaz, has been using Vodafone postpaid connection more than a year now. Recently I have updated my mobile plan to 549/- per month. As per the representative the bill will come around 620 max including taxes. Initially it was ok but since two months the billing amount kept rising to which I didn't bothered but this month it has come 2500. When I checked with the app it is showing that my previous Bal of 1634/- is also there which was paid. When I called the customer care they are saying that I had activated some game pack which costed my Rs 953/-.
From my end there is no such msg to activate any of this kind service. I had only activated 3gb 4 data as per which my bill should be approx Rs 950/- .
I had faced such issue before as well on my other no.
This is really not done, I had been using this Vodafone since 10 yrs approx & now not happy at all with the service & bill they are charging me.
I am Assnt Manager of Puma store & I made my whole team to switch to Vodafone however such dissatisfaction we all are now switching to Airtel.
Kindly help atleast on this fraud billing.
