I got fraud call, on 9/oct/2017, at 12:08 pm, and till 12:38 pm, from vodafone customer mobile :[protected], and mentioned that they are from sbi head office, and need to deposit, my sbi reward points amount, and repeatedely convinced that they are from sbi head office, and took my otp number and fraudelently transfered the amount of 4994 rs, 4994 rs, 4994 rs, 4994 rs and 4998 rs, totalling 24, 974 rs, from my sbi, savings bank account.
From vodafone management and leadership, i request to take all steps necessary and reimburse the total amount of 24, 974 rs within one week.
If you will not be able take responsibility for this fraud done by your customer, we will have to take to vodafone, headoffice and escalate the matter, and even to ombudsman process.
I also request you to highlight it to ceo, of vodafone, provide my reimbursement immediately.
If you want me to show the fraudalent transactions, pls let me know, i will send the scan to you. Also i will let you know my sbi account details, where you can reimburse the harrasment and fraud caused by your customer.
