My wife (Sharbari ray) no is [protected]. Its on rs 999 plan. She has been charged rs 6000 for vas services. When we repeatedly called your customer care centre they said you have been charged for vas services, we can deactivate the services but you have to pay the billl. When we said to adjust the bill they kept disputing said we can't do that. Moreover they have disconnected my incoming and outgoing till you pay rs 6000..
