Vodafone India — Fraudalent Charges shown Vodafone postpaid bill

Hi There, It has been very painful to share this bad experience with you. I am quite an old customer and never faced this kind of issue. Problem I have been charged with 297 rs(screenshot attached). Please refund this amount There have been incorrect entries in my bill for some downloading charges(as shown) which I never did. For e.g. one entry was having details of HELLO1_TVALLSOUTH and charges of Rs99, I checked my mobile details and there is no entry of such kind. Please provide details of all the downloads mentioned in screenshot or reimburse the amount. As without any details how can I get convinced that I have been charged with correct thing.
