Vodafone India — Fraudulent charge deducted from my main account | |||||
My main account has been charged with 58 rs and some paise unethically. I use your internet service every month and every month I receive intimation before my internet pack is about to expire, but this month I did not receive any message, I closed my internet today morning at around 3-4 Am till then I did not receive any message that my pack is exhausted. I switched on my internet, did use much and around 11:18 AM I received message that I have been charged 58Rs from my main balance. This is unethical, because if I would have received prior intimidation I would have recharged my internet pack. I called you complaint # 198 and spoke with Divya even she agreed that I had some KBs left but later on she denied and said that I have been charged and she cannot do any thing. I have the call recording on my phone and I will produce it to Consumer court. I have the reference number from Divya from Vodafone - [protected] I need the Apology from Vodafone for such unethical business and such fraudulent charges. And I need the refund.
