Vodafone India — Fraudulent deduction of balance | |||
Some random packs get activated without any pop up or notification. we suddenly get a message saying that a pack has been activated and balance has been deducted.We do not get back the balance even after deactivating the pack immediately.When contacted customer care says Vodafone is not responsible for this.How can they deduct the amount without even a pop up or a notification?They say they cannot provide any data as to how the pack got activated. This has happened to me three times.please restore balance atleast after the so called service has been deactivated. Was this information helpful? | |||
