[Resolved] Vodafone India — fraudulent message | |
I received the message from Vodafone in which nowhere was mentioned that the calls were free between Vodafone to vodafone. I reconfirmed the scheme via customer care and then recharged my no [protected]. They did not tell me Vodafoneto vodafome clause except that max 1200 minutes are free per week. But now they are giving me calls free only from voda to voda. And when i called customer care they are doing away with sir we are sorry that a wrong message has been sent to you. And due to their mistake i got my numbers recharged which they are not reversing nor are they are providing the benefit as per the message sent by them. Is it so easy to send a fraudulent message and then do away with a sorry. In such a case i am only at a loss and the company got Rs 251. Its not a matter of Rs 251 only, its about the shamelessness of the company. Inspite of knowing the mistake they are not giving me the benefit. Was this information helpful? | |
