Dear Sir, I don’t have any Vodafone number, but from my bank account [protected]-sbi Bank-pramod misal, fraud payment was made to Vodafone billdesk on dated 21/08/2015 transaction details trxn no.[protected] pos 22317740 amt.5000. Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that on29.08.2015 at13:39PM a fraudulent transaction of Rs 4999/- in my debit card[protected] took place through your vodafone bill desk Mumbai. I have immediately lodged a complaint with my Banker SBI and informed them this is a fraudulent transaction.I request you to kindly refund this amount as I do not hold any vodafone account number. An early resolves of the settlement is solicited.
