Vodafone India — Frequent call drop and out of network issue - [protected]

I am very unsatisfied with vodafone's Asansol network. The user is my mother. Most of the time network is not available and due to this call drop also happens very frequently. Due to the above issue I can't talk to my family. When you are selling the SIM card, please make sure the area is well connected with network, its just unacceptable.
