Vodafone India — Generating bills after my request to deactivate. | |||||
I spoke to a vodafone agent on 4th april and she told me to pay the outstanding and i paid the outstanding bills and said to deactivate it and convert it to prepaid. She said okay and she didn't process it. Next month i got the bill generated and i inquired about this and they are saying you have to pay the generated bill and then only we will deactivate. I have a complaint[protected] to them even now they are saying to pay it. Was this information helpful? | |||||
