Vodafone India — generation of bill despite repeated requests to close the number | |||||
I had taken a corporate number 6 months back. I used the number for 2 days and realized that i do not need it as there were network issue and my other number was giving similar signal. I have been requesting them to close the number ever since. They have not done it and made me pay a bill of 1100 i may promising to close the number after clearing this amount. After that they again started harassing me august onward. I have been mailing them since august but got no response. The customer care executive call me and harass me and are abusive too. They are just making money and are forcing customers to continue with numbers. The vodafone people sitting in my office gave me the number but are not willing to help me close it. Same with the customer care representatives. Giving me options like give your number to a family memeber. I have never seen such abusive customer care executives.
