Vodafone India — Getting bills after changing account to prepaid. Vodafone is not sending notices even after the phone number was changed to prepaid.

Hi. My phone number was changed to prepaid after clearing my post paid dues. (Which anyway has to be done other wise the phone number doesn't change to prepaid) but i still keep on getting bills and notices for something that's already paid. And for activating your prepaid phone you're suppose to call 59090 which never worked!
