Vodafone India — Getting wrong bill from last four month and no proper responce from customer care | |||||
I am getting wrong bill for my Vodafone postpaid connection from last four month. Every time I have to write to corporate assist on mail then they credits back amount after many follow-ups via mail as well call, this time I am not getting any reply from customer care even after 48 hrs working hours. Day before yesterday I got call from customer care to pay my pending bill amount, the representative was very rude with me, when I ask my queries to him, then he directly cut the call. I am very frustrated with Vodafone customer care. I am not going to pay single penny upto now. Requisting your help in this Thank You! Was this information helpful? | |||||
