[Resolved] Vodafone India — harassment by customer care & vodafone store | |||
Hi, I want to highlight serious concern to you that. Vodafone as an organization is running on fraud, they are cheating me since last one week. Cell no. [protected] Vodafone store - pimple saudagar, shop no 1 rajveer palace,, phase 2, survey. No-141/2/3/4/5. Pimpale saudagar, pune, maharashtra 411027, india Number of complaints - attached in mail 1. I have postpaid connection in name of jerambhai parmar - cell no - [protected]. I need this number to be used in international roaming. 2. Called customer care they are asking 10, 000 rs to deposit. 3. I sent my dad to store, asked to convert number to prepaid. They did not do in first attempt on 27th march saying computer is down. 4. After 4 hour my dad went again, he said number is on my name - anil parmar. It can not be converted to pre paid. (I think again fraud, because you don't want it to be used as prepaid, it is business loss for you) .5. Unfortunately i am in norway, i had to use that number for my need. Now i can not go to store. 6. He agreed and confirmed that call center folks are an educated and don't know details, but i do not have deposit against my name. No need for conversion, they will start my number in 2 hours.. It has not started yet. 7. I called customer care on 28th march, they are saying mistake by vodafone store. I will have to pay 10000 now. Now my dad who is 65, running daily to store and vodafone store is scheming him, i am about to file criminal offense for senior citizen harassment.. Unfortunately he does not understand technicalities : ( At the same time call center folks are scheming me, first they are asking me store name, even after giving address, they said can't find because it should have name. After long fight if i raise complaint, they are closing it without my consent. Calling again and they are telling different stories. For resolution they are not calling me at +[protected] number, but again to my dad who does not know details and again being harassed in the name of query resolution. Can some genuine person in this organisation really help. I just need this for bank otps rest i will never trust this company in future. Coming back i am going to do mnp to reliance jio for sure... If still any sense prevails to you, please try to solve the issue geuninely-... Don't make me & my father run for such stupid things and your inconsistency within vodafone.
