Vodafone India — Harassment regarding mobile services charges

Hi my name is abhishek sinha, this complain is regarding the harassement by vodafone india services pvt ltd for payment of the services that is not being used by me anymore as the request for terminating the old no [protected] has already been made to the company and still its not been done, moreover they are calling everyday for paying for the services that has not been used by me anymore.
And they are not also helping me in switching to a postpaid connection to my new no [protected] that is currently a prepaid connection
